DD is nearly 10 months old.
Took her swimming this morning and sincecoming home she has slept quite a bit and when awake VERY lethargic. My thought was maybe she swallowed water but i didn't notice this.
Shes been spewed now 4 times and they were MASSIVe....in her eyes,hair all over her and me.
Temp is 37.4
She won't take water but has so far kept down 10mls of hydralyte....
Shes VERY pale and VERY lethargic and very very grizzly and when shes crying its a pain cry.

My question....should i stick around home and just keep an eye on her and continue with panadol and hydralyte???? At what point should i consider taking her to the hospital if need be?????
