Yes, take her to the hospital especially if she is still being sick.
You also have to be careful that she doesn't become dehydrated.
If you cannot give nurse on call a ring, they are really helpful.
My DD got gastro from the local swimming pool. EXACT same symptoms as what you are describing. I took her to the hostpital and they monitored her. Basically just watched her, didn't really do anything.
They told me 10mls of plain water every 10 minutes. You can also dilute it (half/half) with a bit of apple juice for some sugar if you are comfortable doing that.
But if you have a syringe (like that comes with panadol), it's 10mls every 10 minutes. That's all we did at the hospital.
I hope everything is ok. Her being so lethargic would have me worried.
I took my DS for that reason before chrissy & he was admitted for 2 nights for dehydration.
Please take her to the hospital. I saw a thing on telly once about a child who inhaled a bit of water and got very sick indeed. Better to be safe than sorry.
