    Roseola.
Most likely viral and past the contagious stage stage. The spots are just the end result.
So long as the spots disapear for a couple of seconds when you press on them, and bubs temp is fine, dont worry.

The spots seem to disappear. And he hasn't had a temperature or been unwell at all recently (apart from sniffles). DS is fine, it just doesn't look very nice - especially the ones on his face.

Lachlan had a rash similar although a bit darker three times. The first one was from the chicken pox vacc, the 2nd one we couldn't work out what in the hell it was and wondered if it was from head lice treatment. The 3rd time... yep he had headlice treatment again the week prior although a different brand.

So have you changed shampoos/soaps/washing powder ?

I haven't changed anything... the only thing different I've done recently has been adding bi-carb and/or vinegar to some of my washing cycles. I also cleaned out the bathtub the other day with vinegar and bi-carb.
