    I've been googling your suggestions, and so far nothing fits exactly - but that doesn't mean it couldn't be that. If the rash is still there in the morning, I'll take DS to the doctors, especially if it is slap cheek, since I'm pregnant.

    The rash is now gone from his body, but still very much on his cheeks, probably getting worse there, not better - there's lots of big red blotchy spots. He's still not sick, still his usual self. Have booked an appointment with the doctor for midday (right on nap time, should be fun ). I'm sure it's something we'll just have to wait out - my main concern is if it is something that could affect belly baby.
