Shelley, it's not to say it might not be useful in the future - I keep rescue remedy in my handbag and take it everywhere.

It's just you need to understand the way it works to be able to prescribe, and it needs to be based on questions about the entire situation or feeling you need balanced. It won't hurt anyone. I'm not sure what the other component is in that remedy - I haven't taken an interest in the premixed ones at all - can't help it, I'm a purist about these things

Hey Liz - what's the preservative in the Brauers? I don't have any here now and was wondering what it is. I found the teething mix seemed to work, but 100% of the time - which is better than nothing I suppose

But hey, I always have my alcohol based sleeping potion

Its just so hard when the problem is so easy to fix with panadol/nurofen. Poor sad bubby......

I dunno! They only list the active ingredients: Aconitum nap. 30C, Actaea spicata 6C, Belladonna 30C, Chamomilla 30C, Colocynthis 6C, Kreosotum 6C, Merc. sol. 6C, Nux vomica 6C, Silicea 6C.

Probably some chemical preservative I wonder what preservative the Rescue Remedy for kids uses if it's alcohol free?

Just checking the bottle I have here, they have a website - mods can I post this link?

    Bach Original Flower Remedies

I'd check there to see what they reccommend for kids.

Good luck MLM, let us know what works for you. My girl is 4 months too so if you find something that is a miracle - shout it from the rooftops!!

I'm a big believer in homeopathics and flower remedies... I have found they work wonders with myself &my kids. The amount of alcohol is so very minimal - & as Lulu said other preservatives can be used.
