Considering she has a horrible nappy rash I would take her to a GP, I could think of nothing worse than being constipated then pooing with a sore bum poor thing.

You could try some Coloxyl. That always helps Hannah along.

But yes, talk to the GP as well.

Def take her to a gp asap to get it sorted.

Constipation in young ones is important to get onto asap as they can develop a 'psychological' aversion to pooing that is really difficult to get under control. If they get constipated they feel that pooing hurts then so they hold on and when the urge comes and it does hurt in just confirms their fear. You can treat temporarily with pears/prunes/laxatives etc and that deals with the problem that time but they still have the fear and the cycle continues. For lots of kids it is only a short term problem but for some the problem continues and you end up with ongoing and chronic constipation issues that have nothing to do with diet and every thing to do with fear. We had to have DD on parachoc for up to 9 months to rid her of her fear.

I'd get onto it asap to avoid that.
