Well hellllooooooooooo
Nuts - unless you are going to be having handfuls I wouldnt worry too much and all the stuff that says "trace" I would still eat
Eggs - I have different feelings on this - I ate eggs with DS1 early on and he had tummy pains which I finally put down to my consumption. So yes, I would steer clear of egg dishes like scrambled etc, quiches, zucchini slice that type of thing - but I wouldn't worry again about things that have cooked egg in them like cakes or rissoles for binding etc.
Immunisations have a type of egg *something* in them - did X ever have a reaction to his immunisations? I would ask about this too??
Funny story - I ate heaps of nuts during my preg and morning sickness with DS1 - he did have peanut butter a few times from 1 - 2 years old (that was his repeated exposure) - and now he has anaphyalactic reaction to peanuts and tree nuts as you know - some studies say there could be a relationship - I am thinking there may be something in it (for me anyway!)
