    I would be going to the docs just to be safe. My ds2 had a stinky ear around the same age which I ignored which was a severe ear infection which ended up requiring surgery because the infection went into the bone behind his ear. Not saying this is so in your case but better to be safe than sorry.

    Great advice here! If you've already checked for crusties behind the ear (I reckon we've all been there, LOL! Soooo hard to remember to wash/dry behind there!) take her to the docs just to have a quick lookie inside and make sure it's all clear. It's more likely that there's spew/stale milk/crusty skin stinking away there but you'd want to check just to make sure
