A special gift for a special boy

The cheapest bear is $15 and a dr suit would be about $25. Sounds (there's diff ones and you can also record your own) are $5. Dd1 just had a party there.

What about something as simple as a helium balloon tied to his bed? Honestly, depending on what he's having done and the meds he's on, he might not be up for more than stories and DVDs. The hosp will have toys on the ward as well.

Maybe some brand new special pencils/crayons and a new coloring in book?

    Yeah to the helium balloon!

My two also love me blowing up a ballon and then letting it go before i tie it. They would be happy to do this over and over if i didn't get bored of it.

Don't forgot something for you to read too, and some nice snacks. DS might sleep abit too.

I had to hide all the ballons for this very reason! And just try explaining how water ballons can't be blown up to a 22mth old..lol
