Yep, its milk spots and perfectly normal. A pharmacist told me it's due to their sweat glands opening up and starting to work at that age. DS2 had them extremely bad for around 2 weeks and his skin is perfect again

If you're breastfeeding put some breast milk on them I found that helped.
