agree with pp! the gp can check ears to see whats happening. maybe get some nurofen also to try and keep their temps down. 38 is ok but best to try and get it below that. good luck and let us know how u go

I would wait on the panadol until after the doc unless they are really unhappy. But I think the doc will get a better idea of whats going on if the pain/temp isn't clouded.
