Not too sure hun, haven't had this happen to my DS, but I'd just offer him balnd foods and lots of water to aid hydration. If he seems OK, no temp, just leave him and see how he is later today. If he's behaving weird, higher temp, maybe completely off his food, runny bum, take him to docs hun
