I don't think you are being a panicky first time mum at all - I would take her in, or at least get a recommendation on a doctor who is good with young children (the thing with the ears, doctors are constantly giving us AB's for ear infections so that sounds weird to me). Is she usually a vomity child? My DD has never vomited in her life - so to me this definitely sounds concerning.

Take her into the hospital, that much vomiting is not normal IMO, especially if she is losing weight, dehydration can be an issue as well. Definitely get her checked out at the Children's Hospital. I hope she's feeling better soon!

Take her to hossy hun, it doesn't seem right. It's so alarming that you've got so many different diagnosis, helloooooooooo!! Trust your gut and get her properly diagnosed by someone who is willing to run all the necessary test to get to the bottom of this. Big cuddles for Tiah xox
