The yellow crusty stuff reminds me of cradle cap.

Is the cream in a purple & white tube? If so I'm fairly confident it's sigmacort (have some for ds1's ezcema)

We're seeing the dr this afternoon for ds1 so might just ask him to check ds2's ears as well.
