What can/do I do?

My poor DS had a bath this evening and his.. well his testicles were very very red! I dunno what to do to make him feel better, except for the nappy rash cream. Any suggestions?

if they're irritating him maybe apply a cool washer for a little while? not very practical overnight I know..lol.

Lol Storm, I was going to suggest the exact same thing. A cool washer & some cream, is all I can think of.

Can't remember if you're using cloth, but sometimes it's good to use sudocreme at night, and then nappy-free time during the day.

yeah, sudocream or paw paw are good. DS's last rash dried right out, so I switched from the sudocream to paw paw then to keep it soft.
bepanthen is good too, it has anaesthetic in it, so can really help.
