    Lol Storm, I was going to suggest the exact same thing. A cool washer & some cream, is all I can think of.

    Can't remember if you're using cloth, but sometimes it's good to use sudocreme at night, and then nappy-free time during the day.

    yeah, sudocream or paw paw are good. DS's last rash dried right out, so I switched from the sudocream to paw paw then to keep it soft.
    bepanthen is good too, it has anaesthetic in it, so can really help.
