Mine had the same this week, I think it is heat rash.
Otherwise I changed her outfit on grass at a party one day and I think she gets a bit rashy from grass too.

She was fine. I checked her a few times, crept in and put my head in her cot to check she was still breathingMust have been a heat rash. I just hate it when these things happen at night!
