ITs hard ay... so many toys already - my house looks like a toy store.

If it helps any, we are getting DD1 a toy kitchen for her birthday in August - she'll be 2 then as well. Plus I'm also going to get some felt food to go in the kitchen

Oh toy kitchen for SURE!!! DD got one at Christmas and went absolutely ballistic. Add a set of small cups and a little tupperware jug (don't know where DW got ours, but it's great) and you have yourself hours and hours of play!

We got ours from either IKEA or one of those toy clearance places. It has a cooktop, microwave and oven on the front and a little plastic sink bowl and washing machine on the back. It stands about 1.2m high and only about 60cm wide, so doesn't take up too much space in the playroom.

A paint easel (spelling) is also a good idea but can be dancing with danger there.

We are getting DD a good quality baby doll & Im making some accessories to go with it, nappy bag, nappys, clothing, blankets etc because we are due to have the baby a week after her birthday. Hopefully it will make it a little but easier if she has her own baby so she can copy what we do with the new baby
