Looking at it now it's cooling a bit it looks a little dry for a mud cake, i prob could have taken it out say 10-20min earlier, the skewer was coming out clean but the top still looked a bit soft... maybe it's meant to be like that and it goes a little more solid as it cools?
Should have just taken you up on your offer oh well as long as next weeks turns out ok.. if not might have a packet mix on hand JIC
