    What a great job! I would never have thought about whacking it in the freezer. Was that to help it set/cool down? Did the little girl enjoy her cake?

    I feel embarassed now.., I was more posting because I was such a duffa for absolutely forgetting, then dropping it & finally getting it done. Not that I was so great for getting it done. I feel all embarassed now...
