ok, I just had a look at the park and it's big enough that if all the tables are taken we can just have a picnic type set up.. I'm asking people to bring chairs or a rug and if I can just bring a fold up table so if we need to we can set up nibbles and the cake on there..

ZF - Someone will definitely be there before, but because it's not til 2pm I'd say the tables could possibly be taken from earlier on..
