    Thanks CrystalBoo, I'll get sposies at the same time I get the cream. Would be nice to use yogurt instead of the chemical stuff - I'll try a google now!

    I have used antifungal with MCN, with no problems. it is water soluble so it washes straight off, and doesnt cause problems with absorbing when it is on. My rule of thumb with creams is put a bit on your finger and run water over it. if the water beads or the stuff doesnt wash off then use a liner. An anti-fungal will also help if there is any lingering thrush in the nappies, because it can be transferred if it isn't properly removed from the nappies.

    Yes, and a Canestin rinse if you use your clothies is probably a good idea too.
