get more inserts than shells, as the shells are just PUL covers really, and you snap out the inserts when wet, give a wipe if needed and put another insert in. I also use them over BBH / BBB & zappys. When stuck, I also use them over flanno or terry flats.

they're side-snapping so great for chunky bellys, thin hips & chunky thighs.
