The Vitnamese tailors are awesome. If you take patterns with you they could probably sew up whatever you want - the only issue might be materials but some of the markets appear to have every fabric concievable in them.

Yeah, that's what got me thinking. I would just have to find the right material... may have to spend awhile in the markets, what a pity.
