Sorry, can't help with the mould thing - but glad to hear about it in case it happens to me sometime!
In relation to what PP was asking about the barrier creams - is there ANYTHING you can use on nappy rash that is safe for a MCN? I figure cornflour is ok, but anything else that will treat the rash, not just prevent it? I often use the Palmers Bottom Butter or calendula ointment - but they're both oil-based (I think) so I'm sure they're not good for the MCN...

P.S (Raven, I remembered to Edit!) - Someone suggested I use some hugalugs under my longies to keep DS warm... wouldn't they wick wetness from the contact with the nappy? Or would you not pull them up all the way and leave about a cm gap?? Confused girl here!
