Thanks FJ, I was thinking that too as he has chunky thighs. Snap in or sewn in???
Christy - Do pockets come with the boosters or do you just stuff them with anything you want? Being new to this I'm just not sure what to put where?

    I know nothing

Monkey - sounds like a fab stash BUT be warned not all nappies work great on all babies. Get one or 2 CT's to start with and if you really like them then go nuts....what works for one may not work for another. And I agree if your going to get IB's get larges.

Sammi - I think the BB is longers and wider in the bum but not in the waist. the one you gave us is a perfect fit. PMSL at you streaking...pitty there were no L platers that time of morning

Christy - you dont like the feel of minkee or coral fleece do you hun?? BUGGEr cause ive got 2m of cow coral here (its super soft) and I would be more then happy to make a wrap for you

Great...Vy's done a pooh (on potty) and come out showing me her hands...yep she wiped her bum and got NOTHING on the loo paper!!!!!

Some will come with boosters and some don't. Be sure before you buy and if it's not clear then email the store owner to confirm.
I use the snap in ittis and like them for the speed of drying. I have bought some sewn ins to try them out for the new bub and to make it a bit easier for DH as I will be insisting he help me a bit more often this time around

Cheeky - most pockets come with inserts - although they are microfibre - they sell the bamboo or hemp inserts separately (eg, I'm talking about BumG's, Happy Heiny's, Haute etc)

Green Kids sell all their inserts separately.

Might still fit into mediums you know - DS is still in medium IB's (they actually fit him better than the larges do) and he's 12.5kg.

    And welcome Kellie

Gigi - Nope, needs to do some training before he can be deployed, sometime in the new year he will be away for 10 weeks for that training. His boss doesn't think he will be deployed before I pop.

Sammi - Yep, he tinkers. I have only had 2 new whitegoods since we got married, the fridge, coz the motor on the old one died, and that couldn't be repaired, and the dryer! I would love a dish washer and a new washing machine, but doubtful unless the WM dies again and I have buckleys and none of getting a dishwasher, even though he never does them, even though it's his chore

Strip wash is on the 8th rinse. I have been keeping an eye on it and there is always some suds coming out! How many rinses does it usually take?

Maz I reckon red is nice and bold, Brown will blend in eventually and green seems like you want the cow to be eating it IYKWIM

Sarah locked herself in the toilet this morning. She decided to wash the room with the toilet paper and water. She was being quiet and I didnt even know she was up! So straight into the bath this morning when I got up. She is going the right way to have a very boring weekend locked in her room. She is being very trying atm.

WOEB: Sposie - all the cloths are being stripped
    WOSB: a towel.

a drop! I figured either the nappies had heaps of buildup or something is wrong! there is only a tiny but of sudding now, like when the sponge is nearly dry but has a little bit of foam that you can squeeze out IYKWIM. It's only on the edges of the water occasionally. Should I stop doing it now or does the water need to be completely bubble free?
