(And for the record, they NEVER dispose of the poo down the toilet, they fold it up in the nappy for me to deal with at home.. really.. is it that difficult to turn around and flick it into the toilet? anyhoooo)
They're not allowed Mel. (A friend of mine runs a FDC and she told me). It's an odd rule that in many ways makes no sense, but it's a rule.
