i have been soo lazy lately!! and Jack has been in sposies... BAD mummy
but we are back in cloth today

WOJB ~ BBH bamboo (purple) / BBH PUL cover (blue)

ooohhh Maz the covers look fab!!! i hope i am quick enough to get afew this time round.

Question for you all....
if i use a BBH bamboo do you think it would be OK to use one of Maz's minkee/fleece covers over it??

You can use fleece covers over any fitted Kat. It breathes like wool covers .
I found though that as DS wasnt moving much in bed i got compression leaks with either.

Well i am going to have a lay down - DS will wake soon and DD is screaming in bed (hoping she will sleep soon).

I have been slowly braving my bamboo prefolds again during the day with PUL covers.

Ness - bugger about the gastro! hope it clears up soon!! HOpe you get a little surprise in the mail soon to cheer you up too!

Its a sticky 32degrees here at the moment. So need to crank up the aircon i think!! But at least my nappies will dry.

Has anyone else noticed a drop in wet nappies coming into summer???

I have just done a nappy fold... folded all the nappies up that were on the clothes horse and they are at the ready for use on the change table...

DH up for sale, actually make that free to good home. I am DISGUSTED!!! Right down the bottom of the nappy bucket was a pooey nappy. It had things living in it!!! It was full of maggots!!! EWWWWWWWWW. I almost spewed!!!! I hosed it off and it is all OK and in the machine ATM, But I am disgusted!!! I ask him to rinse the poo ooff because a) we dont have a LS yet, and B) the smell is enough to make me it is not easy to change the pooey nappies, so I really cant be around the smell any longer than I have to

From here on is safe to read.

1 load of nappies is hanging on the clothes horse, I really should take it outside, but I dont have enough energy. at least it is out of the machine now though. I think I might insist on DH hanging out the second load tonight on the washing line!

B - where, where, where? I prolly have enough christmas nappy stuff for Pip now - I have a maz cover (at the doctors), a BP embroidery and 2 widdlewuns on order. Maybe a couple of covers though ... hmmmmmmm

K - definately - its the best way to go!!!!! I LOVE BBB and its our staple nappy too....

i seriously want to buy more of the BBH fitteds i am in lurve with them....
can't wait to be able to us my IB's... his legs just need to chub up abit more....

Kat - he must have really skinny legs!!! DD has skinny legs but IB's fit her fine... maybe she has fat thighs like her mother..

And I love my Baby Beehind fitted too - thats what DD has for her night nappy - although I did try out a widdlewuns cos I ran out and that worked fine too.. I think she had one night of full on wee machine, now is back to normal.

i only have mediums Arimeh.. did not buy any smalls....
he is now 4.75kgs as of yesturday (3 weeks & 1 day old) in 2 weeks he has put on 500grams..

honey I designed my covers to fit BBH's as thats all I used on Vy until she was 1.

FJ how are you going? Just realised perhaps I am having sympathy BH for you. Been having them regular since last night but don't get too excited you lot because I had them for weeks before C was born
