FJ, the Dr keeps wanting me to bring my EDD forward to my LMP, which is 2 days earlier, or my scan date, 1 day earlier. I told her that I am in tune with my cycle after charting for 6 months and I know when I Oed so i will stick with the 20th because I dont want to be induced, and she basically said your choice, I hope the BC agrees to it (which I know they will, they like natural births!!) He will come when he is ready

Maz, MWAH!!!! I should get off my butt too, but I really dint have enough energy atm. maybe I should take my iron tabs

Dolly is wearing a cute tooshies in newborn size atm. Sarah wont let her take it off!! it is soo cute, considering Dolly is not much smaller than Em was at birth!! She even took Dolly in her nappy to playgroup this morning

PP, must log in to my internet banking. Cant do it right now due to certain little people that press button at the most inopportune times, they might add an extra digit to the end and send more than I have!!

This the more detailed midwife visit details

Well I had an ultrasound today. Baby hasn't a hell of a lot of fluid in there but its still with in normal. But Im all baby.
blood flow through the cord was commented on as being exceptionally good. didn't get any good face shots, actually couldn't see much of anything as he is so squished in there LOL said to expect at least 8 & half lbs.

I then went on to my midwife appointment (which was actually tomorrow but I just went in & they seen me today, which is good as it would take me 2 hours to drive down & back tomorrow)
the midwife I saw was rather pushy, wanted to do a internal & I said No. she crapped on about policy etc but I still said No. Then she went on about inductions & I said No. I have to go back on monday & she said she will do an internal then & I just laughed & said we'll see. She also wants to monitor me on monday & said to come with out my kids. HA yeah right. I shall just leave them in the car shall I? I told her that is hard for me as DH works, & I really don't have anyone else around that can take them. My kids don't ever get baby sat so its not as simple as just palming off the the first willing person. It would upset the kids too much. So she went on about what I was going to do while in labour. I said well thats different. My Mum will be able to come then but I can't expect her to take a unpaid day off work just for an appointment. But I spoke to mum later & she said she can probably come if I go down early enough. But then midwife was going on about booking an induction. Again I said No way, wont be doing that. But she seemed to think if she just kept saying it then I would agree. She has another thing coming. Monday I will be 7 days over (they have the 3rd as my EDD). Im not agreeing to anything with out proof of a medical need & not before 10days thats for sure. Silly bat, She doesn't know who she is dealing with!

Good on you FJ, stick to your guns, you know your body and your babies. Perhaps point out to her that Isla was 12 days overdue and just fine? Happy Birthday to her btw.

Maz, certain item posted express as I type (mum popped in), I will freak out if it's not there tomorrow!

Fairly boring here nappywise, Riv's in sposies at night, trust me if you saw his poos you would understand. Feral. I'm about to order some baltic amber teething necklaces too, in the hope that it'll sort out his grumps. If not, at least he'll look cool.

FJ - with a collection like that, you can get away with having a couple of days off doing the washing!! I think I need about that many, coz I know I will need a few days off here and there!!

Sarah has only worn 2 nappies today, and pooed in both and now she has a rash she was screaming while I tried to wipe and put cream on her. she has all her teeth too, I hope she isn't gettng sick, gastro is going around up here atm.

    Hey guys,

I missed out on a kissaluvs NB size auction

I feel like I should get about half a dozen more NB. I want some fitteds and one or tow more covers - for the covers i get the vibe that the motherease rikkis are no.1, but please can you tell me which fitteds you would get?

we are in a rental with the crappiest WHITE carpet in the bedrooms.

bilby did "poo painting" on the wall that the changetable is up against, very early on, and when i wiped it down (with water immediately) THE PAINT CAME OFF! The unit has NON WASHABLE PAINT on the walls!!!

i fully expect to lose all our bond even though i try to be so careful, this place was not built for anyone who is breathing, to live in, let alone kids!

    *cries*

the cleaning lady "helped" by putting my nappies in the dryer, and the (new! only worn 3-4 times!) d'lish snap got stuck in the door of it and it has ripped the end snap off

    *cries*

Other than that, any Sammi news? I can see Fi still here despite induction-crazy midwives

WoHB - sposie, DH changed him for bed.
