Gigi - Glad you managed to get out of the house long enough for DH to get it done. If it isn't done he has no excuse.

Ness - WOOHOO!!!! that is excellent with the housing market as it is at the moment!! Make sure you do have some time to yourself while you are staying with your parents!! Do you have storage arranged for your furniture?

FJ - I hope you can fix the WC auction!!

Well I suppose that now that we have less than a month I can post our dates for our trip to Adelaide. We leave Townsville on Christmas eve and arrive in Adelaide at 7pm and leave at 6:15am 3/1/09. The girls will be in sposies during that time, well Em will and Sarah will wear them to bed.

Sarah went to Daycare today!!! I managed to have a nap while Em was down too!! Still feeling pretty tired and hot but DH is bringing tea home with Sarah.

WOEB: A wet nappy that is about to be changed!!

    Just a quick one:
Baby blossom sells a blueberry side snap minky in cow print. I'm just ordering one, they're finally open again.
Nes, congrats on elling your house so quickly!
    FJ, that's a great piccie.

Went to the beach today. I hope the salt water will help Maya with her nappy rash. Not sure if rubbing sand all over her body will help, though ;-)

WOMB: black GK with skeletons on it - very cool!

    Cluck Cluck Cluck!!!

All is going wonderfully PP, I have felt small movements, it feels like stroking and a gentle lean. I am guessing that the times I feel movement are when bub is really partying though. Everything happens so early with 3rd! I assume it would be even earlier with 4th!! We are getting eveything organised early though because DH will be away from 2/2 until 29/4 which means he misses most of the 2nd tri and some of the 3rd tri. I can't do it on my own coz my sciatic nerve has already started playing up.

FJ, I hope you managed to get a decent price for that WC even though it wasn't on for long.

Not much happening here, DH put the girls to bed so I have no idea WOTB.

    hello ladies

Gigi - so will he tell you he's done it or ???

Ali - yay on the trip. Flying?

Maz - I just realised the spider cover has spider web lining! so cool!

what else ... today was the first day I went to CC to pick up Pip and he came flying across the room screeching "mummy mummy mummy" and hugged my leg and kissed me. Usually he just shows me his toys and runs away but today! not!

CC nappy of choice today was ... GK!
    WoHB - kk nights.

    aw! that's so lovely Kaz
    noice to be appreciated heh?

no, it's 11pm, and dh has disappeared into the lounge room, hasn't said a PEEP so i have no clue if IT"S DONE or not. Bit scared to ask, may start WWIII allover again.

i did ask "how's it all going" as neutrally as i could this afternoon, and just got a vague response, similar to hwat i've been hearing for the last eight months, so i repeat, have no flippin' clue. Grrrrrr.

oh, bilby has decided she lurves monkeys and penguins (cos of Pingu i'm sure), so feel free to spam me with monkey or penguin links (links are not allowed in bb posts, but are allowed in pms) if you happen to know of any.

i haven't figured out yet if she equates ZEBRAS with ZEBRA PRINT. cos she goes nuts (jumps up and down, make squeaks of excitement) when she sees her zebra print minky trainers.

Maybe i should hunt for fabric in these themes and get trainers made for her out of them. How sad, i can't justify buying nappies anymore. Unless she had a gianormous growth spurt i guess. but many of our MCN go up to 16 - 17kg, and she's not 12kg yet. Hmm i have to face facts. no more mcn buying. Can you understand now why i enjoy ENABLING the rest of you? cos i WOULD LOVE to be the one saying "i'm pregnant, wot a pity, i need to buy MCN! LOL". "my newborn is growing out of all his nappies, i need more!".

Wow, busy in here! Good on us!

Umm...what. Nappies all washed yay! We've got a chucky one here too, Riv had 3 spews today, didn't seem too fazed by it, bit clingy towards the end. Out like a light now though, praying he stays that way all night.

Gigi, I love Giraffe and Tiger print, but YOU are the nappy trawling queen, I will never see more than you mate.

Yay on the house selling Ness, that's some stress less for you hey.

WOTB's: Sposies methinks, Riv's sick and by the smell of his gas ooooer we're gonna be in for a doozy when it happens.

Maz - I know I already said phwoar lol, but I really, really like your new avatar!! Oh, the facebook girls have been missing you too.

Gigi - Way to make me feel worse about my already guilty decision to buy some sposies (the cheapest possible brand for the briefest possible time lol) for my trip to Colac & back...
It's the first time Punk'll have had a sposie on in 7 months or so... but it is just her & I going down on the train this afternoon with a kinder kot & a backpack & I would never have fit some clothes for me, clothes for the punk, snacks, wipes etc etc AND MCN in my bag. I considered taking a suitcase too but realised that would be stoopid. I admire those dedicated souls who travel long haul with MCN!! I think if it were a longer trip (like a week instead of a night) & if I weren't alone It would seem easier to use cloth, time to wash & dry etc... I was so bummed in the baby isle at Woolies yesterday, they are all so expensive, not to mention horrible... ick ick ick. I got homebrand ones & am going to use a Mazzy cover for a bit of extra protection.

Nelle - What did you get for you birthday?! Flowers? Breakfast? Lots of hugs?? Sorry to hear you've got sickness at your place too.

PP - So sorry to hear that the kids are sick hon, poor little things, and poor you!

FJ - It was you lamenting the lack of MCN mummies in your mummies group yes? Never fear - you are a trailblaser! A trendsetter! They roll their eyes out of jealousy I tell you!

Okay my dears, I will be loving & leaving you, as I said above we are off on a train to ye olde Colac town, house hunting & whatnot, be back Friday! *mwah!*

Kaz - Yeah flying. We would have needed an extra 2 weeks to drive it. Maybe next time we will drive it. The girls will be in sposies while we are away though, I dont think weight wise we would fit MCN into our luggage.

Gigi - I hope he asks you to drop into the tax office with his forms today. I really hope he does want to put an end to this. By giving you a $20,000 debt he has given himself that debt, and when you are not going out to work you are using money that he earns for all of you to live on in order to pay it off. I dont think he has realised that.

FJ - when we switched to cloth I basically just got on an did it, and then the questions started rolling in. I dont tend to make a big thing of it until people show curiousity.

Gigi - Not sure if I have seen any penguins or monkeys. If they are out there I know you will find them.

We had roll of from Em again this morning Sarah decided she wants to wear a nappy today again but i can hear her in the toilet so I think she is changing her mind. Nope she was putting dolly to bed.

    Question

    Hey clothie mummas!

Just briefly interupting your chatter for 2 secs!..Do many of you use GKs? I'm just cleaning out our draws and have one very lonely GKs hemp insert that I thought might be useful for someone (it's the insert that has 2 sewn together, and comes from the insert + booster set you can buy, except this one doesn't have the booster. Just the 2 inserts sewn together). Actually come to think of it, I might have some GKs microfibre inserts too..I'll have to check again.
Anyway, is anyone interested in them (Free of course!)? if so let me know and I'll post em to you this week.

Now back to your normal programming!!

Lee - that is awfully generous. I use GK a lot - and could definitely use them - but if there is someone else wanting to build up their stash a little more, then I'd give them to them first

No nappy news here. Got a bum in a GK in front of me that is STINKY... my mum was here before with my aunty and uncle from Tassie that I haven't seen in YEARS, and mum was like "oh Melina doesn't use those normal diapers, she uses special ones.. "... lol.. and my uncle was like "woahhh.. you mean you wash them??? Like old school???" and I'm like "yeah man... totally.. "
