    hi girls
well tonight i am trying DS in cloth over night (well until the 2am wake up feed).
I have put him in a cute tooshies bamboo delight with PUl cover...

i worked out it is 8 layers bamboo so hoping it will last the distance!

pp - hopefully that combo works well tonight.

rhyb - xmas lights, umm, not sure where they are, which area do you live in? Are you north side?

suse - my dh only gets Sunday's off each week, so that's our 'weekend'.
As for your theory, Nina can do that! (but she is over 2 now lol). When she was in nappies, she could take it off, open the laundry door, put it in the laundry basket or the washing machine, and close the laundry door. She's now going through a phase of taking her undies off each time she does a wee and putting them in the nappy bucket. She thinks that because I put Emily's nappy in there after a wee or poo, her undies should go in there too So as you can imagine we go through a lot of pairs of undies each day, but she never has any wet ones!

rhyb/suse - did any of you go to the christmas carrolls tonight? I took Nina along with my mum & dad. It wasn't too bad. Took 2 hours for Santa to arrive though. So as soon as he arrived, we left.

Nappy news, got none unfortunately. Haven't bought any new nappies for ages, but just don't need them ATM. I have a christmas cover for Emily which I used the other day, but she threw up all over it 2 minutes after I put it on. So I'll put it on her again on Christmas day I think. She has a pretty Christmas outfit to wear as well.

Ali - how about a nice frilly white cover? mmmm she'll be a gorgeous angel!

Suse - not painful, just ... peeling. And DH is no use, he says he doesn't have one of those! *rolls eyes* And I've slathered it in moogoo

Whoever asked about the WiddleWuns - i've had no problems with them? I've one with a loose thread in the overlocked edge, but that one's been in use now for about 4 months I think and through the machine/dryer after every use. The snoozywuns do curl a little but it works well I think when the double thingy that the quadruple fold lies inside sorta curls around it, keeps it all together. If anything, I'd say it'd need 3 snaps not 2 on the wings, as Pip is hovering in between mediums & larges and am getting some wing droop on the larges?

NaNa awwwwwww Falguni awwwwww I was so looking forward to it, I was even going to bring my Dad who's down here from Brissie for this past week! But seriousky, this was a horrid cold virus and apart from a couple of people at work, I wouldn't wish it on anyone ...

WoHB - bubblebubs night nappy (whatever brand that is) with a FJ cover.

Kaz - I dont have many covers, most of our nappies are AIOs. She was in a long enough skirt to not show her nappy anyway and looked so cute with her wings on. DH only took 1 photo though coz he didn;t hold the button down long enough and I was up the front trying to get her to stay on stage. She did really well and I am so proud of her!! She even did the actions to the songs!!

Missy Moo - does that make it 113 nappies now? Leave some for those of us with smaller stashes!! I need lots more nappies, NBs go through lots and I will still have at least 1 of the girls in nappies!

Suse - I will probably lose track of the days when DH is away, so I can pull that excuse in Feb

I loaned a friend most of our smaller nappies today, and my Maz BPs. She already likes the BPs!! I dont think her DS will be in the nappies for long. He is HUGE!! at 7 weeks he is 6kg!! I am going to lano a soaker and let her see if it fits him too. He is soooooooo chubby!!

WOEB: Whatever DH put on her, unless he didn't change her before bed in which case it would be CT Dude couture
WOSB: Green camo CT with extra boosting

I think more Ali ... I might have 'forgotten' about a few I had coming and also 'forgotten' about a couple on my baby bag when I took the pics haha
Your friends baby sounds like my Ashton! He was 5kg born, 6kg at 3 weeks, 7kg at 2 months and at 3 months now he is 8kg haha Nothing wrong with a chubby bubba!
Can't believe he is 3 months today! Where does the time go?

Well the Cute Tooshies lasted 830-230 . granted it was soaked but no leaks!!! Wouldnt hurt to boost with another trifold i guess when he is sleeping right through.

I am wondering if i should more now... lol i guess they are good for DS as he is a tummy sleeper and so no snaps on his belly.....

NOt game to try wool yet as i am still worried about compression leaks are there any with side snaps?

FJ - are you using wool?
Missy - i saw your cloth bums in the gallery gorgeous!

LOL are they not fitting? Its justa guess really. Everyone seems to have a huge range of diffence with how long they fit for. Im just guessing off Iain who would be 5kgs & I think I can get a little longer out of them but not sure really.
