annat - the bamboo fitted are the only nappies that suited Nina suit. She's too wide for the magicalls and itti bitti. And Maz has done some xl covers for me to suit her, she's too big for the large covers.

Gigi, Undies. I bought some from target.

Hey also, I don't if you mentioned it at some point or not but I was wondering, how does the BFing top you got along with the platinum membership fit? I really need some more BFing tops. I only have 1.
What was the one you got? I know Nessa organised it but I wasn't sure what the brand was.
    .
i have mentioned it, but i don't expect you to read every word i post!
the breastfeeding top is a large Nuvo Maternity, it has a polo neck type collar and cap sleeves - in black - i wear it HEAPS cos it's so comfy and easy to feed in. I would class it as a SMALL brand in sizing. Even the XL is not what i would call huge.

according to their charts, my measurements made me a M, but i exchanged the M for an L. I'm a 10D. I know my friend who is an G cup would have no hope of getting in this brand. i will email you a photo of the one i got, cos i can't put links here.

i must try target for knickers. way to go Isla, enjoy your new knickers!

taken any action shots of the new wildchilds on Iain?

WOTBB: lotus night nappy (large) on smallest setting with disana woolly pullup soaker (bilby is 11kg).

someone mentioned recently that the large lotus nights fitted their child up to 18kg, good to know. just a pity they're so hard to get right now!

Jodi, if you're interested, other wide crotch bamboo fitted nappies:

    - motherease OSFA bamboo
    - Sandy's OSFA bamboo

i'm presume you're already using baby beehinds bamboo OSFA fitteds?

I got nothing! I know for a fact something was express posted for me yesterday morning but still nothing. Not happy.

Oh man, there's so many brands of nappies. Is it wrong of me to want to have one of each? Why do I feel the need to try them all? This is an expensive addiction.
Eugenia, can you email or pm me as soon as you see this please?

a very kind person has offered a freebie for you which will fit your DD.(it has every criteria you need for her) but you need to contact me ASAP.

Is it wrong that I can't even remember what I've bought today?

    PMSL!! I love that feeling!!!!!!

BG - I have a cushie tushie's cow print, in minkee, it gorgeous but too big for the baby just yet. Maybe Beatix or Ali can get you one on back order? Oh and Matisse has been in BBB's from about 1.5 weeks in the newbornfold, girl bits are all good! LOL. I just take out the smaller booster for now. Congrats on the girl factor too!!!

Jodi - LOL yes I know, pming you ...... i think, oh god do i really need them? I have 2 friends who i am trying to convert, i am sure they will, i'll see if they wanna grab some too first

Aricyn - WOW happening birzday! Now just to make it to 21 without sending mummy bonkers

Eugenia - i looked at GF too but ws able to refrain myself. Still dreaming about the "just hatched" one I saw on bubblebubs though..... should i?

FJ - no, what they dont know wont hurt them. Imagine if half our our husbands read throgh this thread? They would think we are all a bunch of loonies and send us off to MCNA meetings (MCN annonymous) ..... or cut all internet banking access!!!

Question - Cushie tushies - is there a secret fold for medium, or just like the BBB's for when they outgrow the newborn fold? Also, has anyone seen the new steam washing machines? Not that I need a new one, but gos its so cool, but wondering how it would go with MCN's? I have decided its my next one... better win lotto first though, $2,500.00!!!!

wohb: magicall - cant believe it, 2 magicalls have done her overnight!!!

2 magicalls overnight kitt3n, that's great! As you know, I have heeeeaps of bbh to spare I've been adding more AIO's to my stash with Emily, so I can spare some.

I've already said it to you, but HAPPY 2nd BIRTHDAY ARICYN!! Be good to your mother!

Imagine having to go to a mcn annonymous meeting. It would be so much fun. I think it would be worse than coming in here

gigi - thanks for that. Mostly Nina insists on wearing undies to bed at night. And considering how stubborn she is, she usually gets her own way. But we haven't had any accidents yet
I have Nina in 2-3 size undies, and one particular brand are quite small and don't fit her too well. When she's awake I'll have a look at what brand they are let you know.
Glad to hear you're enjoying the breastfeeding top.

okies - another vague sounding moment for me!

booked in at hospital yesterday and was given a list of what we need to bring for baby - when it came to nappies, the nurse said no nappies except what we need for the day we leave as they provide cloth for monitoring output, but she did say we need snibs (which i'm assuming are the little snappy things and i already have a few of them) - but she also said to take waterproof covers. when SIL had their kids at the other public hopsital locally, they provided them with a platic covers sorta like prefolds that just wrapped around like a nappy - but i've never seen them anywhere - any ideas on what sort of waterproof covers we should use. obviously i have a few (maybe more than a few) Maz covers and was sent some other newborn covers just recently - but i'm not sure i want to use them in hospital. what would you all do? would you take the "good" covers (DH will wash while i'm in hospy, i know that) - or find an alternate in case they go walkabouts? DH has said we'll have some of the yummy covers for visiting hours, but he's not sure about the rest of the time (esp seeing they were HUGELY hectic yesterday!)

For those want to try BBH !!!!

im doing a JAN specials .. they are groovy and you will love the gifts !!

also doing coulored wools for $17 ea !!

I think BBH rock because the absorb soo much , and BG for a girl they are great .. during the day Gab is in a fitted with the small booster and nap time is the large booster folded up so all the bamboo is right under her hoo haa so when she wees it drinks it up straight away , i also fold the frills around the legs inwards so a pooplosion cant escape... here is a link to a NB fold on Gabriella

she is about 6wks in this pic (i think ..) but i do agree and inform the mamas that they can be too big for smaller birth weight babes .. i used prefolds for about 6weeks

will definitely order some before the end of the month Lea - just has to get through today and work out how much money DH is leaving me with - finding out the color BEFORE going to the baby shop today might have been a VERY bad idea... Daddy was scoping out the colored teddy's last time we was there

ETA: thanks Lea - will have a look at the chemist warehouse online and see what they have - i hate going place to place!

found reference to snibb on the eenee website - and they do have them - but they're $10 each! anyone know of another place where i can get them online - but maybe a little cheaper (i have no issue paying that if it's the going price, but seeing i have NFI about pricing i'll throw it open to you ladies!)
