Hi everyone.. Did any of you see the maz sale on face book? All her left overs from the market.. Got myself some BARGAINS!
Heaps of rain here to.. Am hoping to do a nappy wash tomorrow as I haven't done one since friday, only 120 clean nappies to choose from atm.. Eek. Lol. Im a dork.
    Why are nappies so addictive?!
yeah, I was thinking of getting a playgroup friend a NB cover but as I don't know her preference or even if she wants to use them yet I decided it'd be too pushy. I think she's set on using MCNs but until I show her my friend's bbh demo pack, and a few extras I'll see. I also didn't want her to get disheartened if it didn't fit her bubba properly with his low weight right now.

WOCB: Nothing, bath time with Daddy watching while I have a chill out prior to night 4 of her new sleeping routine

    So... What do you think.

Ds is still is sposies for night but I was considering getting a couple of night nappies. Do you think it's worth it or are we a bit too late in our cloth journey for them?

If not, recommend me something super thirsty!!

    Hi Ladies,

Helle, I have seen a Tutto. It looks VERY confusing to use with all the snaps all over the place but i am sure once you read the instructions it won't be so confusing! I even found the BBH Bamboo Fitteds too confusing to use! haha! They do look great though. The itti Sale was mentioned on here by one of the other girls so i had a look and managed to snap up some bargains! I just ordered one of Maz's night nappies as Archie is still in sposies at night too. Don't know what they are like but i'll give it a whirl! I also ordered a small cover and a small night nappy because i may as well start collecting for the next baby! haha!

If anyone sees any newborn stuff for a bargain please let me know

WOAB: Sposie cos night nappies are uncharted territory!!

    Oooookay.

Scored a large dlish for 12! I feel nawty now. Should probably get to bed and leave my poor bank balance in peace! No more fluff til after Christmas ... Maybe. Well, at least until all my other stuff gets here anyway...

I sometimes wonder of cloth really is a cheaper option? I mean... Do we ever really stop? XD

WOJB - plastic, and satin boxer shorts XD

It means it's delaminated which is the PUL failing. Half of my CTs did that and the elastic failed too and then the other half all had leg elastic fail. They seem to be leaky in general

    ladies,

Hope you don't mind me jumping in. I've been using cloth with DS since he was born and am in the process of building a n/b stash, so I thought this would be a good place to pick your brains!
With DS we used flats until he fit into smalls (Tots Bots, BBH and IB) this time I want fitteds from the start.
I've got some prefolds too. So if anyone can recommend any n/b nappies feel free.

How long have you had them? Were they seconds? I was contacting the company for replacements but after a while they stopped replying. I just gave up on them and went to abby gros. I found the company rather unproffessional to deal with as did my friend. She's also utterly ****ed at the quality because she bought her's hoping to use for a second bub too but they keep failing. Also as one replacement they sent her 2 basix instead of 2 coutures. They sent one lot to her old address after she specified 3 times her new address, stuff like that I refuse to deal with them now. I won't buy from a company that doesn't look after it's customers. Sorry for the rant lol.

Maybe try shoot them an email and see if they can replace it? I think you can through their site. It's sucky that it does it after 2 weeks hey?

Yeah I've sent an email just now. One of the boosters is falling apart too!
I bought them over 12 months ago so I'm not holding my breath for any kind of replacement but have only started using them the last two weeks as they were always too big around the legs for Ds. So, up until two weeks ago they have been sitting in the cupboard in their "washed three times for absorbancy" stage.

CL, the Swaddlebees NB fitteds are really great - team them up with a NB booroi cover and your friend should be fine. We have used cloth from the moment they were born with both DD2 and 3 so if you have any other q's shoot away - but my girls were 3.72kg and 3.65kg so a bit of a different scenario!

I got some awesome fluff today!! The post man even brought it up to my door (top level unit) - new guy, lovely man

Thanks kitt3n, Her DH is still working full time as are her 2 sisters so she can't use MCNs in hossie. The flats are super huge on him so she's just using sposies. She has 3 other kids that need looking after while she's in with bubba so her family is working shifts around to look after them taking turns. I'm hoping he porks up heaps before she gets out. He's so tiny!

WOCB: Orange minky Abby Gro and she's still sleeping.

Well, so far i am finding it VERY hard to stop so i can see it not being too cost effective for us! But they are so darn cute with fluffy butts!! Glad you scored a bargain though! I had one of the seconds itties on Archie today and i noticed that i had to do it up tighter than usual... don't know if that's the fault with them.

    WOAB: Sposie
