I've gone wayyyyy off the budget this fortnight, paid for some Beetlebums pockets and ISO - secondhand of course, and unfortunately have suedecloth, so I'm just going to use liners all the time I think, see if that helps with their reaction to it. Cos I do like BB's and I'm developing my love for pockets again instead of my AI2's.........

I'm going on holidays in aug and I'm not using cloth.
I'm flying and there is no way I can add all the weight of my nappies in with my stuff and wyatts. Packing in winter sux, everything is bulky what with jumpers and scarves and boots etc.
Plus I'm planning on being as lazy as possible and making my mum do all the nappy changing

i'm just hoping the weather is ok to wash cause i won't last the full few days with my limited supply. i so don't want to buy any sposies though cause thats less money i can spend on new mcn's.
i'm so addicted to looking at the mcn's on fb and the buy swap sell pages. hubby is getting worried lol

I just spent another $80 in the GF store cos she had sale stuff. And I've just begged Robyn (oh how gorgeous) to do some more pockets for me ...lol.... and Christie (widdlewuns) is doing the boosters for me.

FLUFFY MAIL! I am quite impressed with the 8 BBH multifits I got today. My mate who's a rep dropped off my haul this arvo and they are waaaaaaaaay better than the old magicalls I had. Saying that though I was showing her the magicalls I purchased when the Pixie was 4 months old and have used non-stop until 2 months ago when she got the plumber's crack happening. They're still looking shmick and all the elastic/pul is in perfect working order though so of course I was going to go back for more
We're still doing the undies thing here except for naps and bed of a night. It's the first time my washing machine has held a full load of nappies in aaaaaaaaaaaaaages with this prewash happening. I have just been prerinsing the load and sticking the 2 nappies a day in with regular washing because they're not super piddled in.

Pretty sure you mean Co***Off home to coffs for 3 weeks!
We have flown with cloth to Melbourne before, so had to pack lots warm stuff. But we didn't have to take much baby junk, like no car seat as we used PT, no portacot as our hotel had one, no pram as we just took a wrap. We've got travel down to a fine art now - we take one big backpack, one small one, nappy bag, small rolling suitcase and baby in a carrier. It's really not so hard. Although, the main reason we used cloth on that trip to Melbourne was because the ILs thought we couldn't do it and I wanted to prove them wrong
My next door neighbour came out to the line today to ask me about cloth. They are on a tight budget so thinking about china cheapies. I had a quick rifle through my stash and put together 5 naps they can borrow until they're sorted out, and I will help her out with some boosters to get the CCs working for her. What are the good brands of CCs again? Sunbaby is one... help me out?
Oh, and my Fluffy Lime order has now been posted. Finally.

Mel I checked out lolly bottoms - too cute!! I'm supposed to be on a ban, but bought some itti bittis at 40% off, plus had to buy a replacement nappy for my friend who lent me some nappies and the dog got one! Oh well ban starts now lol
