so... I was chatting to the chick from DM, and I already had 2 customs being made, and she said I can order more if i want. so I got 2 more... so now i'm getting 4 custom DM!! *squee*

but then thats it, I really have to stop until Spock arrives. There are 2 more designs I *need*, but one is gender specific, so will have to wait til Spock gets here, and the other is my footy team, and not 100% where to get it from so i'll be good and wai.

I have heaps MCN, heaps of terry flats, but I only have 7 covers, will I need more covers? I aim to use them over the terry flats, can you get away with just changing the terry flat and reusing the cover a couple of changes (if it was a poosplosion of course) or will I need more?

Still loving cloth here and amazed how easy it's been (even with the crappy weather). BUT my baby is growing so fast it's depressing how quickly I'm moving up the snap sizings on the newborn AIOs! And the newborn PULs.

Awesome that you have heaps. I'm a big fan of overcatering, then you can just pick your faves and piff the rest! I started with 6 nb/small covers, it was enough, but I wasn't prepared for an enormous baby who outgrew them in 5 minutes!
It's fun to build a basic stash while you're pg, then get the pretty stuff later - I'm pretty sure that's why the baby bonus is there, isn't it?

We did Melbs just fine, but came back to find that even after 6 days on a clothes horse undercover, our nappies weren't properly dry! Whoa.

Yeah, bub is growing faster than expected here too. Maybe I'll have to buy some bigger covers? I'll have to start looking through my stash!

So excited, I just ordered my first Genesa Forge night nappy! I'm going to try it, and if it's perfect (which I'm kind if expecting it will be) in going to order more, woohoo! ATM for night I'm using peapods that were given to me, stuffed with all kinds of things to last the distance overnight, and I'm over them.

I'm getting it as a osfm. The website says medium is only 8-11kg and ds is already just under 9kg at 6mo so I didn't want to get mediums and for them not to fit for very long iykwim...

Fair enough - I don't think they did osfm when I bought mine. We've ended up giving up on the night cloth - well DH did as he couldn't manage it even though if wasn't much different (got side snaps for them - 2 rows of snaps confused him I think) which I why I put them up for sale on the I heart mcn fb page. (don't know why that chopped off in my previous post)

DD has been in GF Larges since she was 5 months old, so probably about 6-7kg? At one point she could fit into her smalls, mediums and larges at the same time! They're pretty flexible.

Yeah 7 was good - I was down to 5 pretty quick though when she busted out of nbs. And 5 was fine. I had heaps of AIOs as well.

7 sounds more than enough, I usually have 4 covers going at one time I like mine to have an air after each nappy change unless it is soiled then it goes into the wash with the nappies.

Need spme help ladies!! DD is in either GNST or bbh bamboo fitteds with an extra trifold obernight with a disana cover. She sleeps from about 8pm-9:30 am most nights and She gets horrible rashes! I think its from being in the nappy too long but most the time they arent even soaked!! What do I do?? I dont want to wake her during the night for a change because 1. She doesnt wake up and if i wake her up all hell will break loose... An 2. That means I have to wake up to change her lol.
I dont want to go to sposies overnigjt but I just dont know what else to do! She doesnt get rashes from sposies overnight...

Should I buy some super heavy wetter night nappies and see if that helps having the extra boosting??
