Yeah Audax I find LB beat all the other for durability and absorbancy hands down. And they dry really well. Love the fit on them too, they are the most adjustable nappy I have tried. Nappy Bucket do layby too if you need it.

so LBs are snaps? our nights are velcro and the boys have learnt to un pop clothes and rip of the nappy. Wasnt fun to find this morning :eek:

Wahoo! Yeah, they're side snap OSFM, so useful! Not my most adjustable nappies (TotsBots FlexiWrap wins that award) but it's a pretty good allrounder.

So a question for the wise ladies who've been in the cloth game longer than me - what are your recommendations for clothing brands that have space in the butt to accomodate a cloth nappy? I've got part of Lil Boy's winter clothing stash on layby, but he'll probably need a few more bits and bobs...

i just use normal clothes and they fit fine i just dont use onesies

Pumpkin Patch is good for pants, they have extra room in the butt for cloth nappies. I've been using those but I only buy on special.
I also use Dymples Brand Onsies and Target stuff without any issues.

We've just used best & less shorts and pants for ds with no issues, but we didn't do the more fitted style in long pants (we did trackie style/ fleece pants and not jeans)

Some Bonds stuff (roomies, sloppy joeys) is good. DD is very long in the body, so the big bulgy bum just balances it out, and she can wear regular clothes. The Oishi-M jeans are great over cloth and super cute.
Now, what cloth to pack to take to my Nan's? We're driving, and will be gone for 4.3 days. I could possibly pack enough for the whole time and just wash when I get home. Worth it though? Or just take terry flats.... Oh the decisions!

I haven't noticed clothing issues yet, but DD2's feet are so big it's that end I'm focused on! (seriously, just bought her PP 6-12mth socks and they fit)
I have noticed the snaps at the crotch strain when it's time to go up a size, but by then I know it's time to move on anyway. But this could all change when she's a bit bigger, I'm sure!

Huge feet here too! DD grew out of 000 wondersuits at 1 weeks old because her feet took up half the leg. I wear a size 10 shoe, so that's why.
I have a trifold oversupply. Need to get some empty pockets to put them in. Or make some el-dodge-os.

Good to know most stuff is ok, I'm having a bit of trouble with his onesies, but his shorts are ok - mostly Mothercare brand.

you can get attachments for onesies that make them longer, if you google Little Extensions Bodysuit Extenders it should come up. I second bonds roomies for pants as well

I have come to the conclusion I need to buy more pegs. Was hanging out the nappies this morning, had plenty of space on the line left but ran out of pegs...I blame the tuttos, 4 pegs per nappy.
i got my "saving the world obe bum at a time" nappy this morning ssooo soft but i got navy and you can hardly see the writing so im going to have to get a lighter one
