Personally I just use an old knife on the window sill of the loo, plus flushable liners are ace At newborn runny poo stage you don't really need to worry much, just a quick rinse of the worst in the laundry sink before sticking them in the wash as the poo is water soluble if bf-ing. It's when you start solids that getting poo out of nappies gets interesting....
