Here you are. I lost the thread.
Can anyone tell me where to buy flushable liners in bulk? DD is starting to do interesting poos, right now between milksoft and solid and sticky as anything.
MNB: why are you giving up cloth?

I get the bambio mio liners from target and they are so soft! Atm I have spme other ones, maybe bumG ones? Dont like them as much tho!
I have started making my own! Yay!! Fattycakes ans hippy hippy snap pattern, out of the 3 I have made, 2 are too big lol. So making a few more tomorrow and selling off some of my others :) so far I have only done 4 layers of bamboo fleece for boosters, but I might do a trifold and mini booster next.. Just for extra boosting :)
I need some new night nappies too.. Dd has trouble fitting her M bitti boo's with any extra boosting and they dont last overnight without it! Has anyone seen bubblebubs GNST on sale anywhere?
Wocb: bbh bamboo fitted with extra trifold and disana wool cover

fluffy mail arrived in the form of many $s of ittis delish and tuttos. So cute. Worked out with mum tonight that if I had Leon in huggies disposables until he was 3 I would be spending close to $1600 to fill a landfill. I spent less than $300 and now will have enough (ok a few here and there will be needed, maybe some bubbamoos and rumparoozs) until he is toilet trained, mum the eternal scrimper but cloth nappy sceptic was quite surprised. So this week I must photograph the outgrown nappies and the hated magicals (mediums) and get them sold.
WOHB Maz AI2 with an extra BBH cover
Bella, what do you think of the motherease? I have their Sandy's and used them for the first time yesterday. I thought they were pretty good. I'm venturing out beyond the AIO/2s now. ;)
Nerd: what happened?
WOHB: Bright pink cheeky butts mini AIO
Jen the mother ease was a little too big on her. Needs to wait probably til she is bigger. But easy to use.
Womb: nothing... Nappy off time. One of her nappies has irritated her skin badly. She has a rash all over her precious skin on her tummy and legs and bum where it touched....:(. Not sure how to figure out which has done it. Was it the nappy fibers, or a residue of someones detergent?
Bella - what was the inner material?
As for those who asked - giving up cloth cos the girls rash up straight away now and I've tried all inners and I'm just a bit over fighting it to be honest. I've been doing cloth for nearly 4 years now, clothed 4 children, so I think I've done my bit for the environment! More than others anyway lol kelti is toilet trained now and Eden is expressing interest in the potty so it may not cost me too much in sposies.
So if anyone is on the lookout for medium or larges, let me know. They are mostly widdlewuns though. And girly. Mostly.
MrsNB: You did an awesome job with cloth :) Sad you have to give it up, but if they're getting a rash instantly I guess it just isn't worth it. Do they get a rash with flats too? I can't remember if I texted you back about nappies, but I'm sure there are a few I'd be interested in :).
I have gone a bit spend-crazy on DD for nappies recently. She does need them. I received a second fluffy bubs in the mail today, and it so gorgeous! I also have a new fluffy bubs (with a mathcing dress) and a DM on the way.
I'm having an ongoing problem with rash on dd, too. So I alternate between cloth and disposable. Definitely disposable overnight.

Well yesterday she was in a real mixture of nappies. She was in kissaluvs and cherubs kiss then motherease. Didn't use a liner yesterday...
fluffy mail today - maz NB covers :loveshower: and doll nappy covers for DS to use on his bears.
Ah no, MNB! You've certainly done your bit, it was more disappointment on your MCN farewell! Make sure you pop in to give us newbies advice from time to time. Hope the girls' rashes disappear.
Bella - poor M. :( I wonder what it could be? Touch wood, no issues here yet. Now H is a little bigger I have heaps more nappies I can use. I have some small prefolds as well. I'd be tempted to try a OSFM but I'd rather use my NB stash first.
How long do you usually get in NB MCNs?
WOHB: A Whizz Kids prefold with a BBH PUL cover (pink ladybirds - very pretty!)
Jen - I loved Sandyses! Our smalls fit until 7 months, was pretty impressed with that! Good on you for getting into the fitteds, I found they were so much better at containing everything. DD was a fortnightly poo-er, so around about day 10 I'd start to get nervous, but we didn't have many leaks at all. Helped that she didn't like pooing in nappies. Still doesn't. Prefers a freshly mopped floor. As for how long - I had a 4kg baby, but we got anywhere from 4 weeks to a few fitteds that she's still wearing, the TotsBots fitteds, which are 2SFM.
MNB - you are what?? :O Jaw to the floor! Things I thought I'd never hear! We're off to Melbs for 6 days, so we'll be OK, having packed 18 nappies was our main problem, really. I thought we might have to crack out the homemade naps for a minute, but luckily we weren't that desperate. The rash is annoying! We are having to work really hard to keep on top of it too - I think it's this really funky air we're dealing with making things worse. It's been a bit of a nightmare, so I don't blame you for giving it up.
leckert - DD's dolly is Not. Allowed. Nappies. She screams and grunts and sobs if I even try. I put on a face washer like a terry flat today, and that was allowed for a little while, but then it had to come off. Clearly she is an EC baby. Or maybe she has a very bad rash!
Bexie - I have a GNST kicking around here somewhere that we don't use. Medium, though, will that be big enough for you? Let me know.
WONB: Boosted terry flat.
Grrrrr this wet weather is making drying a slow process. Lucky I have lots of nappies! I am loving the BBH PUL covers. Wonder if I need some more? ;)
WOHB: Sandy XS with a BBH NB retro blue circles PUL cover
Jen
I have some small BBH covers that I am going to sell.
Audax- she is in Medium now :)
Sent from my iPhone so sorry for the spelling and punctuation!!
so... I was chatting to the chick from DM, and I already had 2 customs being made, and she said I can order more if i want. so I got 2 more... so now i'm getting 4 custom DM!! *squee*
but then thats it, I really have to stop until Spock arrives. There are 2 more designs I *need*, but one is gender specific, so will have to wait til Spock gets here, and the other is my footy team, and not 100% where to get it from so i'll be good and wai.
I have heaps MCN, heaps of terry flats, but I only have 7 covers, will I need more covers? I aim to use them over the terry flats, can you get away with just changing the terry flat and reusing the cover a couple of changes (if it was a poosplosion of course) or will I need more?
yeah kirsty is awesome if i had more money i would have got heaps more lol
love DMs heaps
Still loving cloth here and amazed how easy it's been (even with the crappy weather). BUT my baby is growing so fast it's depressing how quickly I'm moving up the snap sizings on the newborn AIOs! And the newborn PULs. :(
WOHB: Whizz Kids pre fold and pink ladybird BBH PUL cover
 Awesome that you have heaps. I'm a big fan of overcatering, then you can just pick your faves and piff the rest! I started with 6 nb/small covers, it was enough, but I wasn't prepared for an enormous baby who outgrew them in 5 minutes!
It's fun to build a basic stash while you're pg, then get the pretty stuff later - I'm pretty sure that's why the baby bonus is there, isn't it?
We did Melbs just fine, but came back to find that even after 6 days on a clothes horse undercover, our nappies weren't properly dry! Whoa.
WONB: Bonnibuns pocket
Yeah, bub is growing faster than expected here too. Maybe I'll have to buy some bigger covers? ;) I'll have to start looking through my stash!
WOHB: Rumparooz Lil Joey (but only one more setting left before we're done with these)
So excited, I just ordered my first Genesa Forge night nappy! I'm going to try it, and if it's perfect (which I'm kind if expecting it will be) in going to order more, woohoo! ATM for night I'm using peapods that were given to me, stuffed with all kinds of things to last the distance overnight, and I'm over them.
WOIB: one of the aforementioned peapods
I'm getting it as a osfm. The website says medium is only 8-11kg and ds is already just under 9kg at 6mo so I didn't want to get mediums and for them not to fit for very long iykwim...
Excuse my sucky spelling, I'm on my iPhone
Fair enough - I don't think they did osfm when I bought mine. We've ended up giving up on the night cloth - well DH did as he couldn't manage it  even though if wasn't much different (got side snaps for them - 2 rows of snaps confused him I think) which I why I put them up for sale on the I heart mcn fb page. (don't know why that chopped off in my previous post)
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk so sorry if I'm confusing you ;)
Lol I thought something must've happened. I'll have a look at the page! :)
Excuse my sucky spelling, I'm on my iPhone
she does do a OSFM it just snaps down for smaller bubs :)
WOJKGB: Baby safari stuff and snap
WOJLBB: Pink pawprint dragonfly magik
so is 7 covers enough?
i did it with 4 i think i had so yeah 7 should be easy just air out between changes if they arent soiled :)
that was with flanny flats and prefolds
Yeah 7 was good - I was down to 5 pretty quick though when she busted out of nbs. And 5 was fine. I had heaps of AIOs as well.
7 sounds more than enough, I usually have 4 covers going at one time I like mine to have an air after each nappy change unless it is soiled then it goes into the wash with the nappies.
WOHB Lime green Itti Bitti
Need spme help ladies!! DD is in either GNST or bbh bamboo fitteds with an extra trifold obernight with a disana cover. She sleeps from about 8pm-9:30 am most nights and She gets horrible rashes! I think its from being in the nappy too long but most the time they arent even soaked!! What do I do?? I dont want to wake her during the night for a change because 1. She doesnt wake up and if i wake her up all hell will break loose... An 2. That means I have to wake up to change her lol.
I dont want to go to sposies overnigjt but I just dont know what else to do! She doesnt get rashes from sposies overnight...
Should I buy some super heavy wetter night nappies and see if that helps having the extra boosting??
Sent from my iPhone so sorry for the spelling and punctuation!!
sepata - I've got a pic of three red ones in the large folder (yellow inners) on the FB page if you're still looking at them - the previous interested person declined in the end. I've also just re-strip washed them. Will possibly be taken down on Sat and re-posted if not sold by then.
thanks girls!
I'll see if I can tomorrow (problem is I'm now on my phone too - just put the comp away as ds was getting too distracted by me being on it to go to sleep and I was being a good girl and finishing some school stuff I need for tomorrow morning)
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk so sorry if I'm confusing you ;)
Now DD2 is almost 4kg I can get into lots more of my stash. I'm trying to get as much use out of my NB cloth as possible (to justify buying them lol), but with this wet weather the options are good!
WOHB: Pretty pink Fluff-e-Stuff with a couple of random boosters. Testing for the first time.
wet weather is the curse of cloth nappies
WOHB designer bums night nappy with target brand cover
I think a random turd might have snuck its way into the machine with the last load. They just don't smell as fresh and a few things had alfalfa seeds stuck on them. They look clean enough, though, so I'm rolling with it and I'll give the next load an extra hardcore wash.
We're using a BBH night overnight now, but without a cover. It works really well.
WONB: Bubblebubs AIO.
Yeah I am not doing overnight yet, but I have been putting dd in bbh and other more bulky nappies that are overnighters during the day and just not putting a cover on cos they look ridiculous when they r on a newborn.
Womb a kissaluvs newborn :)
