Looks can be deceiving. I had DD3 in 5x0 with a fluffy butt.
I'll be using MCNs - but thanks for the advice. I have looked at a bunch of NB - 6mth clothing & it just looks too tiny to fit over MCNs. We'll see in 3 months!

I've never had to size up either.... even at night with the extra padding.... I always foudn they outgrew the onesies quicker than they did anything else.... but so did DS1 who wasn't in day time cloth until 7 months and night time about 10 months. Most of my stuff comes from target, big w or kmart!
