casually enquire if the kid has done a poop when the person is changing it , then say "oh , we put the poo in the toilet here , just shake it in to the loo and i'll get you a bag to put the nappy in "

I then go on to say how its illegal to put poo in the bin , most ppl dont know its illegal and will oblige and probably even feel guilty enough to keep doing it and usually are happy you helped them !!!!
