LR I have a small purple IB snap-in in perfect condition I can post to you to try if you want to PM me your address? I also have an all-in-one which is not in such great shape but I'll give it a strip wash (whatever that is ) and if it comes up ok I can send you that too.
I might have actually got my act together to use cloth (maybe LOL) if I had been able to find the right nappies early on, but the IBs leaked on DD due to her body shape. She needs side-snappers, as I was advised by my cloth nappy guru Kitt3n. Of course by that time she was 10 or 11 months old and I was too lazy to change/ find the right ones.
At least that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it....
Pixie, you are such a darling. Ijust PM'ed you. I've been looking at the IB's, but I'm reluctant to pay $34 (including p&h) when i don't know if I'll like it- although that's still less than a box of huggies on special.
I just bought a fitted Zappy, with an insert and cover on Ebay for $8 (including p & h) so i can check out that style.
If I can ask, what's the reason for the Pea Pod's bad rep? i quite liked it, I'll try it again a few times and i might just buy some more...
I was in a baby shop last week and asked the staff about the Pea Pods: their response was "I've heard Aldi sell great nappies"
My DD is 20m, and my last bub. I wished I had found MCN's a whole lot earlier! I ended up buying some babybehinds and LOVE them. Although my their only drawback is that the AIO's seem to take forever to dry.
You can buy the bamboo fleece to make the boosters, and micro fleece for liners from 'nappiescovered'.
