    You don't have any other mcn's there? Microfleece is the inner lining of most mcn's. Some are pretty thin, others are a bit thicker. Its another fabric that wicks the moisture away, but not natural. I use the thicker types on DS where I can, or use a liner made out of the thicker ones.

    I have no experience with eczema & microfleece, so I'd be trying the velour as Maz said. You could try a microfleece liner & see how they go before purchasing any nappies that have it inside them. That way you'd know before you spent the money iykwim.
