OH thats great! I wish the daycares that I had been looking at did that!
If I were still working I'd wonder if this was a post about me. I think I freaked out a family by getting too excited about nappies once. I offered to use cloth at the Centre, and they said no! Can you imagine?![]()
Glad it's working for you. Cloth is the best.
thats awsome!
Our childcare has no problem using cloth either, its so great! I pack them all in his bag, and they have no problems popping them into the wetbag for me to collect at the end of the day. I think I am the only mum at our centre who uses them, they were pretty surprised when they first saw the MCN's (no one there had even seen them before) but they were more than happy to accommodate![]()
Audax, the 1st centre DD went to used terry towelling nappies. I thought that was amazing. Not sure if they still do or not.
The centre has always said from the 1st time I looked around that they are happy to use cloth if I was happy to supply them, but the staff just didn't seem to get what the bag was for, or how to do a nappy up, even when I sent velcro ones that are so similar to sposies..
I know there is one other parent that uses cloth, but as her oldest is TT, and the baby is only a few weeks, think I am the only one to send them at the moment. I am just glad that I have this option when I read so many stories from frustrated parents that don't get this service from their childcare.
