Karicare HA AR did the trick for us. I remember there were changes in his poo for the first week - can't remember which way it went, but the projectile vomitting stopped immediately. After a week his poo was back to normal & we never looked back. I was worried what would happen when we went on to cows milk but he transitioned over without any issues at all at 12 months.
