Baby doesn't like Amber bracelet

Sorry for the hijack. Just a question: how come you can get these necklaces for such little money? I'm from the baltic region myself and all my grandmothers/aunties etc wear amber, but back home just a bracelet already costs over a hundred euros. Necklaces are a few hundred. So if it is the same amber, how can they sell it so cheap in oz? Not complaining , just genuinly curious! All I ever could afford was a measly tiny pair of earrings... Hahaha
