After a few unsettled nights and taking up to 2 hours to get her to go to sleep for the night, I picked up some Brauer's teething relief today as I don't want to keep dosing her up on panadol all the time...
Just wondering how you used it, packet directions say every half hour for 4 doses then every 4 hours after that. At the moment only night time seems to be an issue, so should I start giving it to her 2 hours before she is due to go to bed even if I don't know if she is going to need it or not? DF said to give her some tonight but there only would have been time for one dose so I didn't bother as i didn't think one dose would have any effect? At the moment it seems it wasn't needed anyway as she went down ok tonight.
is it ok to use bonjela with it? i probably have a couple of other questions but will come later!
I haven't used it yet, she seems to have been alright the last couple of days so I don't they are quite ready to poke through yet, just moving up and down. I'd much prefer using Brauer's every afternoon than dosing her with panadol!
Have you heard of Hyland's teething tablets? I found they were even better than the Brauers - I found it too hard to get the doses into my girls as they didn't like the taste!
I use it whenever I 'think' he's got some pain....JIC. Like you I'm not a fan of regular panadol and out here I can't locate any Hylands so we use that.
I find it works really well for my DS. It is good to give the 4 doses to start off with as it needs to build up in their system. Because it is natural you don't need to worry too much about giving it to them.
