The fluffing is certainly normal. If she is not really waking up with it, it is probably not distressing her too much. I would give it another couple of days to see what happens - it might settle by itself.

If you think she's distressed, certainly small amounts of warm water wouldn't hurt - it stimulates the bowels. Otherwise I guess you could just experiement with changing the timings of feeds, although that might cause more problems. Truly, if it's not distressing her, I would tend to let it go. Their digestive systems are so immature, it can take time for the bowels to get used to different things. Usually I find after a couple days of lots of fluffing a BIG poo results and it settles for a few days. Then it might start all over again. I really think it's pretty normal.
