How do you survive teething?!

How did you not go insane when your child got its first tooth???

Um we didn't know Miss M was getting her first tooth cos some kids don't seem to get as upset.

HOWEVER, I know exactly what you are going through - DS was a shocker - and still is. He would get an infection of some type (ears, chest etc) every time he got a new tooth. SO not only did we have PAIN to deal with - but sick as well

We dosed him up on panadol, nurofen, SM33 on his gums, let him suck on ice.. um.. things like that.... a cold carrot to gnaw on... a teething rusk.. things like that.

I wish I had a teething necklace for him when he was going through it - cos I swear - there were times I could have given him away. Thank god Miss M is a better teether, cos I couldn't do it again so soon!!!
