I've had one on DS for about a week now and i have seen a slight reduction in dribbling, i actually went bib-less today where normally i go through 4-5 bibs a day (not including ones for meals!). At around 5pm though he all of a sudden completely soaked his top with drool, so not sure what that was all about, seems to work some times but not others?
