    Hylands Teething Tablets

Anyone had any success with these? How do you give them to your bub? I tried to do the dissolving in a teaspoon of water thing, but that was not successful, so now I *try* to put them under his tounge, but I think he usually ends up sucking on them.

Last time they didn't seem to do much, but I fear that was because he didn't ingest them properly.

We bought these recently as a Mum in our mothers group suggested them to us as they are helping her 6mth old with teething.

I tried them on DD one day when she was really unsettled but haven't tried them again since as I haven't felt we've needed them..... (no teeth just yet).... they dissolve on the tongue, although they took a bit to dissolve.

My MCHN I spoke to about them said that for them to be effective, using them every day is best.... rather than stopping and starting them iykwim.

Oh that makes sense, given they are homeopathic- most of those type of remedies work best if used regularly.

Yep we use them and I feel they are working for us. I give a couple to Georgia if she seems unsettled and is sucking her lip etc. They dissolve pretty quickly on her tongue, I just pop them on her tongue she is used to them now.

Eva loves them! I give her 2 to begin with, then maybe another if she is still unsettled after an hour or so and we've had great success!
Now when she sees the container she gets all excited

I love them here too, we don't use them daily but usually over a week when he is cranky with teeth.

I put 3 in a cup, get a half syringe of water and disolve them then suck it back up and Ash likes it

I just pop them on his tongue. They work wonders for him. I only use them if he's really unsettled & not sleeping due to teething.

    :yeahthat:

DD loves them - she's gets all excited when she see's the container and they work wonders for her!

I found that popping them under her tongue when we first started was fine, and now I just pop them in and she lets them fizz in her mouth, she thinks its hilarious
